Getting Started
Once your EI Credit Card is approved, you are automatically enrolled in the, Miles program and you will earn points from the moment you start using your card.
You simply need to activate your EI Rewards account by using your unique 11 digit Loyalty id, which is printed on your card.
Once your EI Rewards account is activated, you will receive a welcome e-mail. You are now ready to experience the EI Rewards offering.
How to earn EI SmartMiles
Flex Elite Card
- Earn up to 3.75 EI SmartMiles for every AED 1 spent on international purchases &
- up to 2.5 EI SmartMiles on domestic purchases within UAE
Flex Platinum Card
- Earn up to 2.25 EI SmartMiles for every AED 1 spent on international purchases &
- up to 1.25 EI SmartMiles on domestic purchases within UAE
Emarati Card
- Earn up to 3.75 EI SmartMiles for every AED 1 spent on international purchases &
- up to 2.5 EI SmartMiles on domestic purchases within UAE
Expo Card
- Earn up to 3 EI SmartMiles for every AED 1 spent on Expo & Emaar retail purchases,
- up to 2 EI SmartMiles on international purchases &
- up to 1 EI SmartMiles on domestic purchases within UAE
